[BUG] Deconstruct does not refund ammo for Linear Fusion rifles (Doomed Petitioner)
Deconstruct activates, but does not refund heavy ammo when shooting the gun Doomed Petitioner.
Is this a bug? We are getting additional heavy weapons are getting Deconstruct as a perk with Into the Light, so it's worth pointing out.

yeah... i built one bfr testing it, the gun itself its great, but it was such a letdown, gona have to run precision instrument until they fix it, if they ever do that is, i was thinking on getting 2 so i have the dps option and the total damage option but wow, i feel bad

5 RepliesI just noticed this today. I'm surprised nobody's talking about it. Since the ammo refund isn't working, this makes deconstruct nearly useless on Doomed Petitioner. What prompted me to look at this was the hype over deconstruct + sticky nades on edge transit. Edge transit has huge ammo economy with this combo. I figured since doomed petitioner fires 3 hits for ever ammo spent, that it would be similar to edge transit in terms of ammo economy. But nope. Turns out that deconstruct doesn't refund any ammo whatsoever on doomed petitioner. Not sure if this is a bug, or an intended balancing effort. It's it's a balancing effort, they should either nerf edge transit to be the same or buff doomed petitioner to work similarly to edge transit.
