Possibly Deleted/Reset Characters
It appears my characters have been deleted or reset to the Season of Plunder era around 1600 light. How this all started my first PS5 got fried. Then I play on PS4 for close to a year then got another PS5 then I logged in and had my characters then on my 2nd login my character were reset to the Season of Plunder era. Any advice or help?. I've played this current season with 1810 gear but I no longer have any of that gear. Its as if my account was reversed or rolled back to a different era to when I didn't have any of that gear.
Please don't give me answer like on my last post. I need a real answer/help?

It is not possible to see when they were deleted, only that the api shows your account was last played approximately 2 months ago. Unfortunately, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items or characters. Characters can only be deleted in game by following a series of specific button/key presses and gear requires an elongated button press to delete.
