I wouldn’t be hyped at all.
This was meant to be released after TFS. As part of the Hive story that comes after.
Their just butchering crap to throw something at you to keep you engaged.
A real crap way to tell a story. Just Willy Nilly moving stories around like they are Lego’s.
Talk about a studio that craps on its own material.

Edited by The Light Lord: 3/15/2024 8:49:59 AMI disagree, but I do feel your sentiment - Ahsa’s visions (which is literally what’s happening in this) foretold this a while back, the Pyramids attacking the Last City has been teased forever and even was a prophecy back in VOTD. I highly, highly doubt that the Hive were going to attack in the Heresy episode, that episode will probably focus on the Schism between Light Hive (Savathun) & Dark Hive (Xivu Arath), not a darkness crusade with the Pyramids against the Last City during an episode. I do feel like this may have been part of TFS itself as an intro and was now put as free content for Into the Light - but I guess we won’t really know for a little while.

Well I don’t see us going after her outside of the solar system. So that means she has to come here and salvaging what’s left of the Black Fleet to bolster her in her vulnerable state adds up. Why not attack the city? We are the only threat to her. Not doing anything can cost her even more and only give us more time to recover from the war. I know it’s been teased but to have a second collapse start when we are supposed to be going into the Pale Heart? They’d be doing two storylines in one dlc, which they don’t do. They can barely get one fully done. Possible but bad idea. Which they seem to think are good ideas…. So yeah? Could of been the intro
