6 RepliesIts an understanding issue I'm afraid, because your overall level is lower than your highest gear. Your class item is 1802, this is dragging your overall level down. If that reward had dropped in the class item slot then your overall level would have gone up. You just got unlucky that it dropped arms which it seems is your highest gear already.
