Last year I got the Heir Apparent but didn't have the time to do the Catalyst Quest, I left it assuming the quest would stay like most other Catalyst Quests do. Sadly it did not Now the event finally comes back around, I complete the intro Quest, two of my buddies finished it at the same time and they got the Quest even though they already have the Catalyst (A known bug) But I don't have the Quest, I have checked the old quest stand and it's not there, I'm not sure what to do now. Any ideas? Thanks
