Unfortunately, you present it in such a morass of numbers they're all PANICKING and running for the hills. Please, for the love of god, get your best document writer to boil down your wonk into a simple 2-3 sentences that tell an average bricklayer what they can expect from their space wizard pvp. I make a living boiling down engineering specs into "what do I need to do to get it set up and working" and I still had to pull out a calculator to figure out exactly what was happening here.

4 RepliesI could hear the Shotgun mains' screams through the fabric of reality as I re-read this. Now it'll be much harder for them to just chain shotgun kill after shotgun kill in the Crucible. It will be interesting to see how this fares in Trials if the special ammo change applies there. Now people can't just pop off with special ammo every round.

5 RepliesSeeing pulse rifles getting a buff in PvP is beyond ridiculous. The constant attention to bows which don’t make the top ten every weekend and the blatant ignoring of headseeker pulse rifles where people just camp a mile away and 2 tap you is irritating.

This should have been worked out in internal testing, the change now just feels like it is disingenuous and a way to try and say see we listen, you want power here it is. Lots of changes that only time can tell if it is good bad. The Empryean, BUFF / NERF, too early to tell. So many adjustments, so many changes, so many perks, weapons, weapon types ... just all too confusing. Too much to keep track of and keep straight. [b]You want to know why players have trouble making good builds, it is all in this weeks TWID. [/b] So many things that no one except an addict or person who spends hours researching things will ever figure out. Just not worth it. I just want to play and have fun killing things. I do not want to have to second guess every little thing in game to wonder if it is good or not. Should I be hunting this perk only to have it nerfed, or that perk to have it changed because it is too popular. ALL TOO MUCH bungie.

OP: That was a lot to digest. It’s like reading a new washing machine user manual…🥱 The most peculiar section was the Sandbox ‘explore your feelings’ as to how you got domed for sticking your noggin above the parapet or dbl-peeking a sniper lane!? 🧐 I’m sure Cammy et al will pour over the stat changes with intense interest…and do even more remarkable stuff with it in future vids! Much respect to Cammy et al! 👍 For this old tortoise, I’ll just continue to play as normal, and pretty soon I’ll get to know instinctively what’s working (for me) and what’s not! Then I’ll adjust accordingly, and that’s that. Small micro changes to this ‘cone’ or that ‘wave output’ have no impact on my game. The major impact issue aka ‘my metric’ = is it fun or not? 👈 FYI: the real killers in PvP for me are: P2P + lag / latency + ‘The Invincible Ninja Warriors’ and other ‘sus players’ - of which, there are way too many to be counted as just a coincidence! ❌😵💫❌ Destiny is in need of a major overhaul; lipstick on a gorilla is not what’s needed. We all know it. 🤔 Ease springs! 🫡

Calculating……yep, I can still bow swap after the patch, for .4 TTK, nice. It’s gonna be even better with the lack of special ammo to challenge the bow. Can’t wait. I hope on that exotic list of patches you have some good ones. Like making mythoclast hit harder in pve (or back to 390) and let tarrabah fill the meter when stowed in Pve too. Oh and the Nechrochasm catty needs to proc explosions on any kill since outlaw is worthless. Just make the raid exotics feel like raid exotics, ya know? And let Suros change its firing mode without having to go to the menu, that’s outdated.

You know i realized you mentioned "Into the Light"... is that like a season, within a Season? because we extended Lightfall? Also and i hope this is just my imagination but didn't we lose a Community manager the last time we jumped "Into the Light"? i would hate to see that happen again

The changes sound good except for the part about all grenades not getting a damage buff. Shinobu’s Vow will be completely pointless now.

2 RepliesSounds like some great nerfs to controller aim assist…. A step in the right direction but don’t stop… the ideal would be that the controller player has to aim a bit… Also abilities are fun don’t nerf space magic

Grr that BioWare preview...one of these days, when you blindfold me so i don't see your secrets and let me get my hands on that Theater Mode... mark my words, i will lose my S...
