Twitch match reaction reward not dropping
When I finished 10 match reactions on twitch, the message showed "Weekly reward collected", instead of "Collect your reward at Tower".
I later went to Tower to check the Special Delivery Kiosk, it kept blinking but there was nothing to claim.
The only other thing I did before logging in was claiming the "Rise" emblem from Bilibili. Could multiple partner program reward drops cause some bug somewhere?
This is already the 2nd time happened to me this season. Last time was a similar case, I claimed a Twitch drop before logging in and also got nothing from match reactions.

Im having the same problem. Would be nice if they changed it from match reactions to a Twitch drop or something. Watch for like 2 hours each weekend during Trials to claim. I don't know, match reactions are almost always broken for me.

Unfortunately I've also had this issue this season. Never had it before, but thus far have only 'successfully' collected the Trials watch rewards twice lol. I've followed everything @BNGHelp9 mentioned, but still haven't had any luck...

4 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double-check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Prime Gaming account. You can verify if you have successfully linked your Prime Gaming account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section. If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account. Please also check your Partner Rewards page on your Bungie.net account to see if the reward was claimed successfully. Make sure that you claimed the previous reward in the kiosk which could prevent you from receiving the new one. If problems persist we recommend relinking your Twitch Prime and Bungie.net accounts to be ready to receive the next Prime Gaming drop.

I have the same issue as you. I've watched the 10 games and reacted. Extension shows as claimed but when I go to the tower, it special kiosk is flashing but nothing to claim. Same on all 3 characters still after reacting to more than 10 games in case.

Exact same thing is happening to me. I've done all the trouble shooting instructions and it isn't working. No reward at the kiosk, but Twitch says "Weekly Reward Collected".
