PS+ (PS5) streaming service wont work for friend
Hi there,
My partner wants to get into D2, however the best way to tackle the PS5s storage is the PS+ streaming service, however when we load up the game we are given a cat error and booted back to the Lighfall splash screen, anyone encountered this issue? I cant find much online and want to avoid her cashing out for either an SSD expansion or deleting some games if possible.

CAT error usually means your friend hasn't downloaded the latest update. Tell them to check for updates. If that doesn't help, try deleting the game and installing it again. Also, it would be a lot easier to help them if your friend came here for support instead of speaking through you.
