Please give players the option to out of Countdown in Competitive without a suspension. Players want to play Survival, not some bs setting charges and losing every game. I play Comp to get better map play and getting kills. If other players are not good at that, make a separate Comp for them so it can be countdown or whatever boring objective bases bs.
