Disable cross save bungie moderator help needed
I need help I want to disable cross save for the following issue I cannot sign into playstation I did not enable 2 step authentication but some how was enabled and I can no longer access account after going back and forth with Sony they are unwilling to remove two step authentication and said I will have to create a new psn and re purchase all of my dlcs for the game and pre order and start all over can a moderator or somebody in bungie assist me please

If PSN are refusing to allow you back in to the account then your setup cannot be altered. In your case, you dont want cross-save deactivated; your active profile is from playstation so all of your characters/gear etc are stored on your PS save. Deactivating would mean you cant use them on Steam or Xbox until you reactivate cross-save
