Add a wombo detector to your ghost and run around dreaming city opening chests and collecting Baryon Bough. You also gain Spirit of Riven reputation for every opening or collection. Adjust your settings if possible so you can run solo in patrol (PSN set clock a few days ahead) then you can collect everything without randoms getting in the way.
