I pre ordered Final Shape + annual pass on Xbox store months ago. I have all the pre order items. But in-game at Eververse, it doesn't show as purchased. The Xbox store doesn't show it as purchased either (still shows "Pre-order $99.99" instead of "Manage" or "You own this"). Inside my Destiny install files however, I can see both Final Shape and the annual pass. I've never seen purchased content show as not purchased in the Eververse store before.
