Scary thing is devour is the best on warlock post nerf, so if it's bad there it's unusable on titan and hunter.

Yeah this is most likely a bug, because devour regen doesnt proc on kill with feed the void. So I cant imagine what that means for titan and hunters lol.

It's bad. Repulser brace helps but it's not like it was.
