Unfortunately the forums are unable to assist in helping you get unbanned.
Have you tried a different web browser? Device? To fill an appeal out?
Once you fill an appeal it states you are NOT guaranteed a response.

Because im asking to lift the website restriction so I can appeal on this account. Yes, I have tried everything including: - 2 Different web browser, including incognito modes. - VPN for a different IP. - Logging on from a friend's PC and testing. And still, to no avail. I've come to a conclusion that 100% my account is restricted from the Bungie Help section. I can use everything else.

Wonderful... So much for Bungie winning the "best community support" award at the game awards when they literally ban players (Which is okay, mistakes happen) and to top it all off, they restrict the players from the help center so they won't be able to appeal it. It's pretty much like saying "Hey, we're never wrong! Our systems are 100% accurate and you can't have your freedom of asking" I would like to dare someone to give me a solution or a workaround that would actually work, I DOUBLE DARE YOU! because simply there isn't. They banned my account and they restricted it. What can I do about it? Nothing, I even made a new account and sumbited a ticket, still no reply (I know that it isn't guaranteed to get a reply back) but even a reply with a reason of the ban/restriction would be acceptable so I can know what I did.
