This may continue to be a bug or maybe I am missing something. I am on step 4 of 7 on the Symphony of Death Quest to get Deathbringer. I'm late, I know but with the power cap not being raised it's a great time to catch up on exotics I never acquired. Anyway, this quest requires to kill a certain hive wizard named Sulmakta within the Scarlet Keep strike... low and behold the wizard never spawns from where i understand she is supposed to. I've only seen guides saying it's on the elevator floor right before the final boss to the strike. The Ogre to that floor spawns with two other non-named wizards but no Sulmakta. Is anyone else having trouble with this? Or is this just some long running bug that's never been fixed? I'm trying to collect all the exotics and it really is a shame this prevents me from completing such an old quest.
