So I deleted my old Twitch account a long time ago, without unlinking it from my Bungie account. My Bungie account still shows the old account as the one linked, even though when I try to log into that account on Twitch, well… the account doesn’t exist. Funnily enough, if you try to change your name to the username of my old account, it says that the username is already in use… which is not true. Anyways, is there a way to unlink the account some other way? I tried following the regular steps, but I just kept getting stuck at the Twitch login screen, because the account doesn’t exist anymore. EDIT: when I try logging into that account, Twitch simply says “This username does not exist” Would creating another account matching those credentials work? (Edit: no it did not work unfortunately, even though they had the exact same credentials and emails) When I log into my new account (they both have/ had the same email linked to them), it says “Authentication Error” It gives me error code: ErrorCannotLoadLinkedCredential And the page says: “ Unlinking has failed because you signed into a different external account than the one you have linked. We cannot unlink your external account unless you sign into the correct account.“
