Is there a way to change ti my own region as I accidentally selected america at start and now my game loads up to 80% of my play time I take around 5-10 min just to loud my character quest etc and beet error code comes like 10-20 times In a hour

The region you selected to verify your age has no effect on the game. It's just Bungie making sure you're old enough to access their services. What you're experiencing is an unrelated networking issue.
