Hierarchy of Needs is in need of a significant rework

While I would be happy if it got a rework at all, I would like to share an idea I had for the rework. Back when warmind cells existed while hierarchy also existed (literally only one season) you could shoot a guidance ring at a warmind cell and make it significantly larger than before. This was a fantastic interaction but only lasted a season since warmind cells don’t exist anymore but I would like for that to return in some form. The idea I had for a rework was both an ease of use increase as well as more of a mix of a gjallarhorn feel and some inspiration I had from Warframe (Volt’s electric shield for those who know about that). Starting off, the damage buff of the guidance ring arrows should be a gradual increase up to 40 meters instead of how it is currently where you get no extra damage and once you hit 40 meters, you immediately get the full damage buff. Next, any bow that shoots through a guidance ring should get the 2 bonus guidance arrows (damage of these bonus arrows matches the damage of the hierarchy guidance arrows regardless of bow being used). Additionally, the guidance ring size should be the size of the rings created with the old warmind cells. However, a new feature would be to switch between guidance ring modes. The first mode is how it is currently except the warmind cell size where it is a stationary ring, but the guidance ring owner can choose to pick up the ring, shrinking it’s size down to be used for the user alone while also staying in front of the user at all times until it despawns, and can be placed back down whenever the user chooses. This creates two playstyles, one trading movement for utility and damage and the other trading team-shooting capabilities with movement. With this rework, hierarchy would be a more complex weapon with a significantly greater ease of use, a more enjoyable playstyle, and would be deserving of the title of a dungeon exotic. While I doubt Bungie would ever actually do this or let alone read this forum post at all, it would be cool if this underused and underperforming dungeon exotic could get some love as it has insane amounts of potential that I feel like isn’t being utilized properly.
