Seraph Battlegrounds Esoteric Mechanics

Heya, Bungie. Word for your designers: Y'all need to do a better job providing tooltips for core mechanics of Seraph Battlegrounds so new lights or people who are returning to the game actually know what to do in these strikes. About 50-75% of the time, if I end up loading into a Seraph BG, and my teammates are GR 7 and below, they don't know how to progress the strike. This includes grabbing laser cores as well as grabbing and depositing arc charges in the terminal. Having tried to use text chat to communicate the mechanics on a myriad of occasions, the only methodology I've found that actually works to teach these new lights the mechanics--seeing as no one pays attention to the chat--is to intentionally not do the mechanics, thereby forcing them to learn what to do on their own. This is really frustrating on my part, first because it's kind of a shitty thing to do, and second because it's the only way y'all have really made for these new lights to learn the mechanics. This is also incredibly frustrating for new lights who have to learn in a trial-by-fire situation since the design team must be operating under a laundry list of unrealistic expectations. To those in the comment section, yeah, I could just do it all for them, you're right. Two counterpoints: 1) solving the problem for them deprives them of the opportunity to learn; 2) it's bloody well frustrating and exhausting to be the only person doing the mechanics every time I load into one of these strikes. Beyond that, half the time I do carry new lights, because I just want to get things done and I don't have 75 minutes to waste (not an exaggeration, this has happened before) watching new lights intentionally not learn mechanics under the expectation that I'll just carry them. The other half the time I'll bust one laser core and dump one battery in an attempt to show them how it's done before letting them do the rest for themselves. On a secondary note, Bungo, could you put something in Corrupted that lets people know that if you pass the relics/balls to another teammate it does more damage and one-shots the immunity shields? I've met randos on LFG doing this strike on Grandmaster difficulty who don't know this is a thing and it's kind of a tedious, obnoxious situation to watch randos throw two or three balls--depending on the daily modifiers--at the phalanx and knight shields on the elevator before they're actually successful in busting them while I'm attempting to pass the ball their way--unsuccessfully. On a tertiary note, to a certain subset of the Destiny 2 community, please stop being so obstinately resistant to learning that you refuse to pay the least quantum of attention to anything going on around you. There's a difference between toxic speedrunners having a tantrum over you not knowing the precise location to wellskate into to launch yourself directly to the raid boss from the beginning of GoS, and someone trying to tell you "hey, shoot laser at big circle with glowy rune on it to make door open!" Bungie and veteran players can only do so much.
