Same issue here. Not sure why people keep disliking threads about this also.

Yeah I'm not too sure why it's still an issue after so long, it baffles me how there's not even a bandaid solution either.

I have had the same issue for 2 months now, and all I could get "it's a known issue and they will fix it, not even a single way to report it to developers ".

It's horrible, there's no email I could find, no live chat support or even anyway to ask for help from them officially, just "Ask the community" I'm going to be trying to find different solutions to this issue so this thread can be used by people in the future.

There is no support ticket for this. That support page is for something else entirely. You should note that misuse of support tickets can lead to Bungie taking action against you. You should only use the support tickets for the reason listed within the article. Nothing else. 2 billion dollar company btw, how can it take them years for a fix?

Right I see, so this is something they're aware of and have been for a while, I've found multiple posts from years ago looking for solutions too with some being solved through strange methods, we've tried following the steps they took with no luck, but none where they say the text isn't received in the first place. With the gate on Raids and other content it's a shame this issue still persists.

End of July and I'm searching for what to do for it and all I found so far is people complaining about it for months but yet nothing done except someone who doesn't show any indication they're from the dev side or anything related about how it's a "known issue" and it will be fixed. 3 months man. part of me wants to buy the DLCs so I can play, The other part of me sees this and doesn't feel like it'll be worth it. Honestly super sad since my friend is REALLY into the game and I personally feel the game is fun but this just ruins everything for me.

I picked the game up at this start of this year and the sms verification not working put me off, now in august really wanting to play but no it’s still not working smh.
