No Backup plans not giving overshield on one guardian kill in pvp

No Backup plans is not granting overshield on single guardian kills, even if the guardian is in super. Rapid kills have not been tested
shotguns tested with:
-nessas oblation
-conditional finality
-fractethyst
If the exotic is intended to be nerfed in PvP, then this is understandable. It currently works just fine in PvE, and is quite good. However, with its current functionality makes it next to useless in PvP.

I recognize that the exotic was reworked, but bungie has counted guardians as powerful enemies before. If the intent of the rework was to severely nerf it in PvP and make it more viable in PvE, then this would make sense.
