Dear Bungie, I need a resolution or at least a response to this issue

Hey. Longtime Destiny fan (going all the way back to the original). While I have loved my previous experiences with Destiny and Destiny 2, that no longer is unfortunately the case. After being out for a while while in grad school and coming back for Lightfall, I wasn't aware I would only get one season worth of story content (which is not worth $50) which has always been my main motivation for buying your product. I also wasn't aware that buying packs of silver to get the seasonal story content would always leave me short by 100 silver for the purpose of purchasing additional seasonal content. $10 gets me 1100 when I need 1200, $20 gets me 2300 when I need 2400 (for 2 seasons), and $30 gets me 3500 when I need 3600 for 3 seasons. That isn't fair for people who solely want to purchase additional seasonal content. I also wasn't aware that going to the forums was the only way to get help with the above problems, and that there was no guarantee that I would ever get any sort of response. I'm hoping this isn't true, but I guess I'll keep sending this request for help until someone actually responds to the issue. The way I see it, there really are only 4 ways this can be resolved. 1)I cut my losses, recommend to everyone in my clan and circle of friends that we find another way to connect online, and stop playing Destiny 2 (sure the majority will stay, but you won't get any future money from me, I don't get to play Destiny 2, we both lose) 2)I get a refund (which would be the decent thing to do, but I'm not holding my breath) and stop playing Destiny 2 (at least a fair gesture, I can tell people you guys were actually reasonable, but we still both lose) 3)I get 100 silver put in my account so I can purchase the correct amount of silver to give me access to 3 seasons instead of having to purchase *excessive* silver to have access to the content I want. You guys only give a little, I give you $30, and in the future will be wise enough to purchase the annual pass (which is even more money in your pocket). I don't want to sound unreasonable, but I do need some sort of resolution to this matter, even if it's a message stating some form of "sorry, purchases are final and you'll have to decide what to do in the future for yourself". If you're going to forego having "help tickets" and leave requests to a forum, there isn't much a customer can do than keep posting every day until someone actually says something. Apologies if that sounds rude, but I need to figure out if my loyalty to your franchises (including Halo) over the years is really worth anything. Your fans deserve at least a response, and I hope I can get that with this situation. Take care and be well. [spoiler]Moderator edit: This thread has been updated with tags that are more appropriate. • Season passes were released in 2019. Bungie released it as an "a la carte" sort of thing. Pay for what season you want. Every dlc since has had a seasons pass(3 seasons). The option from day one was buy all three seasons or pay individually. Refunds go through your retailer as Bungie didn't sell you the product. They also won't give you the silver either. (Person opinion is buying all three separately will cost more.)
