I don't read Twitter. I follow official TWAB news. In that case, why then does TWAB say one thing, the forum says another, and the tweet is completely different? Isn't that misleading? At the end of the day, I spend my money and time not just on an MMO game but on a service game, and in exchange, I want proper servicing.

The Twab said they would be reset, Player support advised that they would not, neither was 100 percent accurate as only part of them were reset. The tweet above served as further clarification.
