Liar's Handshake still doesn't fully work with Gathering Storm equipped, it's been nearly a year
For those who don't know, Liar's Handshake perk should activate when enemies hit you with their melee or you use an arc melee first. Currently if you use Gathering Storm and enemies hit you with their melee the perk doesn't proc, which is really annoying.

Can we at least aknowledge it please? This bug is here since Arc 3.0, it is starting to become really annoying.
