I go onto the app, and it says I have no linked characters/ no characters at all. I can login to PS5 and still see and login as the characters just fine. From what I can tell it’s just the app having issues. Edit: seems like it got fixed, at least for me, about an hour or two after posting. Thanks for fixing the app. Edit: 4/24- app just had an update. Now it has the same issue not showing character on the app again. Edit- seems to be working again.
