I finished the Lightfall campaign on Classic difficulty, then went back after obtaining the Strand subclass and finished each mission of the campaign on Legendary difficulty. I received the emblem and triumph, but did not receive the gear or exotic armor. EDIT: Repeated the final mission on Legendary with friends, and received the gear from Nimbus. Not sure why he didn't have the gear to begin with, but it looks like the final mission didn't register as completed properly.
