Subclass usage had nothing to do with the bubble nerf, they explicitly said it was because it was too oppressive to fight against without a super.

Yet they gave it shortest cool down and added multiple zone modes to PVP after that? What did then expect? It doesn’t take a genius to do that math
-
Edited by Accola: 2/10/2023 9:13:30 PMI don't know what there is to not understand. The cooldown and iron banner objective was never the problem, people had an issue with the health.
-
There's absolutely no reason to challenge a bubble titan, unless zone control is involved. If a titan pops a bubble in Clash, you'll just relocate. Bubble is a very situational super
-
"very situational" sure if you've never played titan before in your life.
-
I have, unlike you. Unless there's an objective involved, there's absolutely no reason to challenge a titan with a bubble. That makes the super by definition, situational
-
Meanwhile objectives are 90% of game modes
-
There're a lot of non-objective-based modes, including trials(well that is half and half). Also even in the other objective game modes you don't have to engage a titan with a bubble. If a titan is capping a zone in Control, just leave and come back 30 seconds later when the bubble is gone. It's not critical or necessary to engage at all. Only the IB game mode forces you to fight for a zone.

-
No because its not just IB. That’s recent and an even more colossal mess up. It was zone capture in Trials first. With limited rounds and literally no super would be available before bubble in a “ Competitive “ mode. Of course everyone is going to run it, it’s a free round and it almost guaranteed to be up unless someone on the other team is absolutely slaying you. Iron Banner was just a bonus of bad design with the timing on the caps. And even worse with the subclass challenge
-
Whatever, believe what you want. It's a conspiracy.
-
It’s a not a conspiracy lol it’s just PVP with 0 meaningful thought from the Devs. Then they nerf based on a problem they exclusively created.
-
It’s a not a conspiracy lol it’s just PVP with 0 meaningful thought from the Devs. Then they nerf based on a problem they exclusively created.
And after the nerf, they profit by releasing am exotic included in a season pass that undoes the Nerf for a few months Then that exotics gets nerfed.

Peregrine grieves, witherhoard, glaive, void warlock melee, stasis of any kind, ignitions of any kind, one juiced warlock solar grenade etc all can counter a bubble easily and don't require a super. There are more examples I could list as well but people either don't know the counters or are just to lazy to counter a super so they just complain 🤷♂️
-
This is just stupid. All of your "counters" are either a single exotic or exclusive to a subclass/perk. That's not balanced, just because there's less than a handful of things that can beat a bubble doesn't mean that people are just "lazy" it means that bubble is overtuned. You shouldn't require a specific build to counter a super in PvP, your team collectively attacking a bubble should be sufficient enough to destroy it but it wasn't. This is just lazy cope for your crutches. "Uhm akcshually it was balanshed becaush thish one shpeshific build counturs it 🤓🤓🤓"

To some people the ability to actively seek the ability to start exponentially gaining power by synergising gear is what's fun. Dont nerf that

You made it even more stupid. How is that possible?
-
"Me no want to have to counter Titan confined in 3 meter radius, ree to hard." Here are some counters "Ree icky no want to, no want to get better at game, poke bubble with wooden stick from outside and see if does something" 😂🤣
-
The fact that you genuinely believe that a single weapon being a decent counter to something meanwhile the other 90% of the sandbox isn't is balanced just tells me what I need to know.
-
Edited by FataLVisioN_Oo: 2/10/2023 11:54:25 PMWhen I see a bubble it's a free kill. There are multiple weapons that directly counter bubble as well as abilities for all characters and classes 👍 Skill issue 🤙

Edited by Azrael-Symphony: 2/10/2023 9:43:24 PM
You made it even more stupid. How is that possible?
Dude you clearly can't handle people having fun and Synergizing gear, and your attempts to discredit me only serve to prove that point. You can't handle people. If you want a video game where you get to dictate what others are capable of, go make your own game. If you want to be.. to be you, go be you elsewhere. Your clearly only here to try and complain the loudest cause you can't Handle other People Just go be you elsewhere. Please go find the kiddy table for time out and calm down. - Combat is about more then "balance," and you have to stop thinking so binary, and start being more open minded to other possibilities mate.

"combat is about more than balance" yeah because PvP where you lose regardless of skill is always well received and very fun. This is raw copium.

if your synergy is bubble and any old weapon than the synergies are flawed

I'm not a Titan I'm a warlock But I can respect anyone who can properly syngerize build power/fuction and skill
