Rally to a Raid Banner Bug?
I’ve been noticing a fair bit this week that sometimes I can’t rally to a raid banner (in activities like Dares or Wellspring), or that I have to look at it at a certain angle to see the prompt. In addition, sometimes after I’ve rallied the prompt to rally still lingers for a few seconds as if I can rally again.
Anybody else noticing similar weirdness and/or have any idea what’s going on?

You can rally when it glitch’s you just have to wait like 30s to minute for the laggy in the servers to catch up.
