Bug Report: Cannot untrack Festival of the Lost Challenges
Unable to untrack Festival of the Lost challenges, and am unable to track different challenges

It's a known bug that often happens at the end of any holiday event (Guardian Games, FoTL, Dawning, etc). You will have to wait for Bungie to release a patch.
