There should be a non exotic weapon playlist in PvP
Id like to propose a new playlist for PvP which some might find interesting.
For the most part, exotic weapons get abused in normal PvP, even in casual play, since they tend to outshine all legendaries in its place.
So why not make a playlist where one can only use legendary weapons?
I do not include exotic armor since most people use them for build crafting and it'd make people just ignore the playlist, instead of trying a match without things like Arbalest, Lorentz, Rat King, etc.
What do you all think?

I think you should play another game,as well as for anyone who thinks there needs to be a "no abilities" gamemode, destiny is built on space magic wherever you play, if you want the abilities just go play halo, that's what you guys want if you want all abilities, all exotics, every thing you don't like out of a gamemode.

I’ve been thinking about this lately too tbh. I’d say might as well make it ‘barebones’. No exotic weapons or armour, no abilities (only grenade + jump). Supers allowed since they’re long cooldowns and you’d probably only get 2 max per match. Also Forerunner frag grenade to replace regular grenades maybe? Idk.

1 ReplyBungie is and has been in easy coasting mode while they are working on multiple games. No reason what so ever that there should not be modes like this. No exotics mode Primary only modes Etc… If bungie is “concerned” about population numbers, start smaller with 3 v 3 modes that are not as popular….. Things like this, I feel, would attract more players back into PvP if they were to find a mode that is fun for them.
