Zen moment: affects visual recoil only, fake perk
With nerfed aim assist Jade rabbit is now a perkless legendary with higher then normal stability. That is it really.

Exactly this. It has no place in pve or pvp to be called an exotic. Polaris is arguably better and it just has pve perks.
