Who is the general of the fusion defense force?

Because shotguns, for years, were so oppressive that all other close range weapons were considered useless in pvp. Glaives? Why use a melee based weapon when shotguns kill at that range? Sidearms? You're never gonna kill a shotgun fast enough for that fast ttk to matter. Melee builds? Melee's two shot usually, and two melees are way slower than a shotgun. Their nerfs opened up the close range a lot more, allowing for significant variety within that playspace. Fusions are strong, but they aren't [i]that[/i] oppressive.

While I agree with some of your points, I still disagree with fusions being able to kill at 15-20 meters pretty consistently. If they don’t manage to kill, they do so much chunk damage. Add the ease of getting radiant on top of that, it’s just easy mode. All while pellet shotguns struggle to get a OHK at 6 meters lol. Idk, I feel like their last nerf wasn’t justified, but it is what it is. Fusions are oppressive to primaries. That’s my main issue.
