Get any blue armor, upgrade it 3 times. Will cost you 3 cores, some glimmer, and 1 prism. Dismantle the blue armor piece at 8 energy (default is 5 energy for all blue armor) and you will receive 6 cores in return. You essentially turned one prism into 3 cores

So a few upgrades and a dismantle will net you cores. Not sure if this is intentional or not. If not, then I'd say to utilize it while you can. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
