WTF they make support links so hard to access?

I have played on PC and Xbox with no issues. Just started on PS5 and witch queen refuses to unlock the artifact. I've played the intro twice and still no artifact and I cannot find links to support a real support ticket. Just endless loops of links. For $100USD you'd think I could get this resolved in a reasonable time. Instead, I'm stuck.... please just put top level links on web pages for tickets instead of trying to reduce numbers by burying them down in some obscure page. I work in software dev and that tactic is just a sign that you don't staff support as it should be staffed. Please send a link to where I can get the ticket entered to get my artifact unlocked!

  • Greetings! These forums are the best way to get support regarding Destiny 2, or other Bungie related apps like the Companion app or website. Your artifact can be earned through the intro mission for this season, which is Operation: Midas, found on the Moon's map of your Director. This mission will begin a questline that lets you receive this season's artifact, the Nightmare Harvester. The tooltip for when you have no artifact seems to be outdated, as it is the method to receive last season's artifact.
