Except the Leviathan public events. Load me in round 3. Thanks.

People should stop leaving matches and it'd solve your problem
-
Most of my complaints regarding this practice revolve around being loaded into the losing side of a very lopsided match with no super energy. I get thrashed on by various supers, spawn-killed, and otherwise never have a chance to get in a rhythm. To top it all off, I usually don't even get credit toward the weekly pinnacle for such a match. To those of you saying that not doing so would result in lopsided teams, I say that the match just needs to end. I don't bother staying anymore; I just immediately leave such a match. Why bother? It's a waste of my time.
-
So you would prefer to have no one join your team when someone leaves? If two people leave your team you'll happily do 4v6? Common now. The only thing that needs to change is you should get a certain amount of super when joining in progress. There is nothing worse than joining a game where everyone is supering you and you know it isn't possible for you to even get yours before the end.
-
Your wish is granted. Now if anyone leaves a match you are in it will be a permanent 5 v 6 until the end of the match. Does that sound like fun to you? Because that sounds awful to me.
-
As long as ot counts towards the 3 who cares
-
OMG I pray to be loaded in at the very end to speed up whatever I’m doing.
-
Had this happen a few times.
-
Why does it matter? The chances for loot are the exact same whether you win or lose.
-
The worst thing I being dumped into a losing game for a minute and 30 seconds and then not even getting exp for finishing out the game.
-
Is this in PvP?… Yeah, dumpster fire! 😂😂😂

Edited by iflytii: 7/4/2022 8:40:16 AMIf the game is a lost cause Shax should just call it. If it's still close I don't mind getting dropped in but I sure wish Bungie could figure out how to give you partial super based on how much time has passed in the match - so you can at least get a super around when everyone else does. It is always fun getting dropped into a match that should have already been called, right as the other team starts hitting their supers.

Edited by Nova: 7/3/2022 11:41:53 PMJust change character when you are loading in. Most of the time I've had to do it about 5+ times before getting a game from the beginning. All stems from the dogshit matchmaking, 6 stacks or 6 average players vs 1 good player and 5 trash cans. The simplest thing bungo could do is give you super energy or a full super depending on the time. But hey, 7 years later and nothing has changed. Imagine my shock... 😂😂😂

Agreed
-
stop comlaining about this. Why does it matter, it over fast anyway and you help out the other team. its a multiplayer game, its not just about you
-
Part of the problem is also people leaving matches. That’s not Bungie’s fault. If people didn’t leave there wouldn’t be spots to fill. #CantHaveNiceThings
-
Funny when sometimes you exatly enter a very end strike
-
And with no super energy. Great mechanic.
-
Need to compensate with super charge % dependent on how far into the match you are.
-
There should be an option in the menu to enable or disable joining games already in progress. I can see that lots of players have nothing against it… some wants to become a hero and turn the game around, others want to get the required number of games done asap so they can do other things in destiny… And that is all fine. However, there is also lots of players who just want to start the game from the very begging. I am one of those players. Therefore… such option in the menu would satisfy all groups of people… It’s a win win situation…
-
I hope for games in progress bro.
-
Sounds like a skill problem
-
People leave, nuff said
-
Load into a match that is two thirds of the way over, being steamrolled by an entire Trials clan teamshotting and teabagging all the way.
-
Turn the game around. Be the hero.

I love the one where you fly down and the game has already ended or as you land shaxx calls mercy
