Forerunner specifically has a glitch going on where targets will Regen the damage dealt, it seems to be about half of the weapons total damage.
Its very consistent in the video as you see and not an isolated event, every enemy struck regens, even minor's

Edited by Pyro Gnome: 7/1/2022 12:50:02 AMThis isn't health regeneration, it's that the damage as calculated by the client (your computer) is not the same as calculated by the server, so when damage stops the server updates you with the enemy health as it was calculated on that end. This is often called "rubber-banding" and is also prevalent with Gally's wolfpack rounds. It's impossible to say whether this is purely a graphical issue or if the weapon is indeed performing incorrectly. I would hazard a guess that what you're seeing is actually "correct" and that for some reason client-side damage is being calculated higher than it should. Which is not to say this is not a problem, just not the problem you think it is.
