Hi there. The forums are unable to help with any Bungie Store issues. You'll need to wait for a response by email from the Bungie Store or wait and try submitting another support ticket later.
Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder besides your Inbox and/or add the Bungie Store support email to your contacts list.

I know and I don't want to put another ticket in cause the support page said if another one is submitted it'll be possible take longer to receive a response and yes, I've been checking spam. Nothing and I feel like I'll have no choice to get it second hand since from what I'm aware is that these are made to order, the one I was sent was one I never planned on buying period.
