I know and I don't want to put another ticket in cause the support page said if another one is submitted it'll be possible take longer to receive a response and yes, I've been checking spam. Nothing and I feel like I'll have no choice to get it second hand since from what I'm aware is that these are made to order, the one I was sent was one I never planned on buying period.
