Content creator copyright

Sort your sh*t out Bungie. You’re copyright striking the people that bring eyes and ears to your game. Not only do they put more hours into the game than anyone else but they get other people into playing your game. They literally make you money. These people don’t deserve to have their YouTube accounts banned or deleted when they are doing the same thing they’ve been doing for years and now all of a sudden copyright claims are coming in. Yet another stain on bungie’s reputation.

  • The truth about “content” “creators” is pretty simple. Their own laziness in their content is going to end up ruining a LOT of what could have been possible. This particular instance aside-most content creation out there now is extremely lazy clickbait, usually containing information that is incorrect but is just put out anyways so they can be on the YouTube market as soon as possible. It’s garbage content in 99.9999% of cases. The extremely few YouTubers making quality content will very soon be at the mercy of the fad it has become. With all of the incorrect, misleading, clickbait only videos being put out by “hopeful creators” who don’t know a damn thing about what they’re doing and in some cases about the games they’re covering… it won’t be long before you have to become a licensed or employed streamer for a company to stream their game and/or make content for it. Everyone saw a get rich while being lazy dream and didn’t know the effort and hard work that goes into actual content creation. So everyone hopped on board, learned how to make a video for YouTube as easy as possible, and started posting whatever dumb thing they could as fast as they could. This market is going to collapse because the content being made is mostly horrifically bad and terribly inconsistent. So I say: if they can’t figure out how to limit content by it’s quality they’ll end up not allowing it at all anymore and start employing their own creators. A few years down the line-you’ll see what I mean.
