Still having a bug with hunter subclass

Even after the fix my hunter can't gain access to the stocking the flames quest so I'm locked out of the solar subclass. How do I fix this or get in touch with support to remedy the problem?

It seems the way it was “fixed” before was just to give everyone those quests since even veteran players got them. Nothing was fixed it was just a workaround.
