All Rahool's Mats Always Cost Legendary Shards
... a bug severely limiting the potential of material exchange.

1 Reply2 weeks in a row and the exchanges all require the shards. When Spider had it, they would rotate between mats and shards and glimmer. Don’t know why bungie changed this.
