Ever since witch queen dropped, I havent been able to stream as normal. The problem comes with you cannot use game capture to stream D2 because of the anti cheat. You have to use display capture or window capture. Display capture is horrible quality, bad colours and jittery, so I have always used windows capture flawlessly. After witch queen launched, I have had to change my settings in window capture from automatic (which worked perfectly fine before) to the windows10 capture method which inherently places a yellow border around the window being captured for "security reasons". This is distracting and annoying as it is a bright yellow border around the game. What ever you did during the witch queen update for streaming programs, please revert it back. I cannot and will not stream D2 with the current situation which is terrible for me as it's my main content. I run a solo pc set up which has always performed perfectly, up until this new DLC. Either revert those setting back or enable game capture for streaming programs (which would ve the better option).
