I had cleared all the way to the final encounter with no deaths solo. When I went and took the cannon up to proceed to the last room, I had to pause and was away long for enough the booted to orbit for inactivity action happened. I though no problem just load back in with the check point, started this solo so I can finish solo with no deaths between the two sessions. A while later of playing it Real Safe to kill the boss in about 5 damage phases and all I get is the weekly progression flair and nothing else, none of the three triumphs that pertain to going solo flawless for the first time proccing them.
