Epilepsy Awareness Month

I know bungie does all sorts of events and charity drives and that's awesome but they have never done a Epilepsy Awareness event or emblem or shader . I have Epilepsy and have played Destiny since it was in its Alpha stages years ago every November I always deck out my Warlock ,Titan and Hunter in purple and change my emblem to a purple emblem most all my friends do as well but how cool would it be to actually have a Epilepsy Awareness Emblem 💜 I hope this message reaches Bungie

I have bipolar disorder. I couldn't care less about having an awareness month for it. I'm not special because I have it. People don't NEED to know that I exist.

    • This game needs epilepsy awareness. Ever stood in a rift and have your shield repeatedly break from splash damage? I’ve had to look away a couple times. ‘Specially in Kings Fall. Better fix that -blam!- or people will drop.

        • I’m not a big fan of all these “awareness months” but it also wouldn’t effect anyone negatively so I wouldn’t mind if they did it. I’m assuming either you or someone you know has the condition so I could see why it would be cool for you/them or anyone with it really.

I have developed irritability and a bad case of indigestion. This is mostly from reading tireless posts (not including OP) created by the Bungie Defense Force and how much anyone beneath their level of skill does not matter in this game. Got an emblem for THAT?
Got Milk?
• Given that they still haven't fixed the random white flash in the glassway strike, along with a complete overload of flashy effects on everything during a damage phase, I'm gonna guess they don't care quite that much about epilepsy...

              • I’m surprised so many people assume that epilepsy is always caused by flashing lights. I’ve got a close friend with epilepsy and movies, tv and video games never cause an attack.

                • See now this is a better cause than some of what they decide to support. But honestly, I am kind of tired of all the pandering of every cause.

                  • You shouldn’t be playing this game or any game then. They make it clear playing can cause stuff like that

We are aware of epilepsy though. It's not a serious threat or problem like social issues that go ignored or cancers that kill and are misunderstood. You think it makes you a soldier that you're playing games that have an epilepsy warning when you shouldn't? This doesnt make sense to me. No offense.

This game is mostly flashing lights, so it would literally serve no purpose to someone with epilepsy, who most likely would be able to play the game, so sorry to be that guy but it just really doesn’t serve a purpose. And plus, it sounds like you just want to benefit yourself, with the use of I me, and you said it would be cool if I could have a shaded or something, like bro, just stop
