Pre-midichlorians the Force had no limits as it was an energy field found in and around all living things and bound the galaxy together. Some people just happened to be more sensitive, or attuned to the Force than others and could more easily tap into that power naturally while others needed to train hard to reach that same level. Post-midichlorians the Force just became a bull**** power level. I'd also add...let's see a Lightsaber user go up against a masterwork Heir Apparent! Mwahaha

The Destiny of a Sith A cloaked figure trekked through a green field. A saber on their belt moved with every step. The figure stopped and closed their eyes. A Jumpship appeared out of the atmosphere flying towards the field. The ship flew past but a armored figure was transmatted from it. The cloaked figure lifted his head and removed his cloak. A Ghost flew around the armored figure, “You’d better hide, Ghost” the guardian said. The ghost looked at the guardian then disappeared. The guardian walked towards the uncloaked figure. “Who are you?” He asked. “Who am I?, let’s begin with who are you?” “Let’s not, you are trespassing on territory of the last city, you have not shown any hostility, so leave before that changes.” The Guardian walked ever closer to the figure. A hand over the weapon on their hip. The figure started walking once more towards the Guardian. “Stop where you are” the figure kept moving. The guardian pulled their weapon from their hip and pointed it directly at the figure. “Stop” the gun was ripped from his hand and tossed to the side. The figure grabbed their saber and ignited it. A red blade leapt from the hilt. The Guardian lifted their hand and a great flaming sword appeared in their hand. “This is your last chance.” The figure stopped and bent down saber behind their back. The figure ran at the guardian and flung the saber at their head. The Guardian swiftly blocked the saber with his blade. The two blades were interlocked. “Who are you?” Said the Guardian. “Ha I am but a Sith messenger. “a messenger of whom?” “My master.” The Guardian pushed the Sith away. And dashed backwards. “My master’s empire will be good to this planet” “We don’t need any help from the likes of you. The Guardian threw their flaming blade at the Sith. The blade flew across the field and was blocked by the blood red blade of the Sith. “What excellent powers you have” the Guardian stared at the Sith. The Sith leapt into the air their blade crashing down. The guardian blinked to the side. The red blade hit the ground with a fierce crash. Void energy pulsed from the Guardian’s hands. The Sith stopped a glanced at their hands. The Guardian blinked into the sky. A Void sphere erupted from their hands streaking through the sky towards the Sith. The Sith raised their blade to block the sphere. The Sith was blown backwards from the Nova bomb. Their blade was shattered, the pieces were flown around the field. The Guardian walked towards the pieces and saw a red glowing crystal. The crystal was pulled from the wreck and into the hand of the Sith. Their eyes were glowing with pure hatred. Lightning was casted from their hands, it raced across the ground and rammed straight into the guardians chest. The Guardian fell to the ground shaking in Immense pain. The Sith got up continuously hurtling lightning at the guardian. The Guardian went limped and dust flowed out of their armor. The lightning halted and the Sith looked at the armor. “Your abilities were futile.” The Sith walked away towards the Great Wall of old Russia. The ghost appeared over the burnt armor. A ball of Blue energy flowed from the ghost. A flash erupted from the ghost. The Sith swiftly turned round, The Guardian stood up his eye showing from the burnt hole in his helmet. “Impossible!” Screamed the Sith. “No not impossible, it’s called paracausal.” Lightning was shot from the hands of the Sith. The Guardian lifted their hands and blocked the flow of lightning. The Guardian used this lightning to fuel his own. A beam of pure Arc energy was blasted back towards the Sith. They used the force to block the beam but they were over taken by it’s immense power. The beam ended and the Sith was badly burned. The Guardian walked over towards the burnt body of the Sith. Their head raised, “You may have ended me but you will never end the Sith empire!” Light erupted from the Sith’s body. The body bursted with lightning. The Guardian blocked the open hole in their helmet. When the blast ended the burnt body was gone. The ghost appeared over the shoulder of the guardian. “Who the hell was that?” It asked. “I don’t know, it wasn’t anything we’ve encountered before.” A red light flashed on the helmets hud. “Guardian report back to the last city” and commanding voice said. “What happened?” “Just an intruder, commander” said the guardian. “Report back to me” “yes sir” said the guardian. “Ghost get the jumpship we have to report back to Zavala” the ghost nodded and dispersed. The jumpship flew over the guardian, and he was transmatted into it and they flew towards the last city. A cloaked figure walked onto the bridge of a ship. “My lord” said an officer. “Your apprentice’s signal was lost.” “Where?” Replied a deep voice. “On the planet Terra.” The Sith Lords eyes burned with deep red and yellow. “Tell the fleet to move towards the planet” “yes sir” said the officer. The Sith lord walked towards the ship’s window his hands behind his back. He watch his fleet jump to hyperspace.

Disagree. Both The Force and The Light are forms of magic. The Force---largely---manipulates the "energies" that we associate with LIfe itself it is the mirror image of "Necromancy". The Light (other than the ability to resurrect and heal) is more about manipulating the energies of the Universe itself. They both operate according to rules....just different rules. The Light side of the Force requires the user to essentially be in a meditative state while in motion. Like certain forms of yoga or martial arts. Calm, concentrated and focused. Dark emotions like fear or anger....or being distracted can break the link. (This is why both General Grievous and Darth Vader were such accomplished jedi killers). The Dark Side of the Force requires the user to allow themselves to be overcome by darker emotions. Anger. Hatred. Fear. Pain. You can see the difference in Episode I when Qui-gon and Darth Maul get seperated by a barrier during the middle of their duel. Each seeks to take the time to strengthen their connection to The Force...but they do it in very different ways. Qui-gon sits down and meditates. Seeking to calm and center himself. While Maul paces around like a caged animal trying to "jack up" his emotions like a football player trying to get himself ready for the violence of a game. Its also why Palpatine did what he did to Anakin after the loss to Obi-wan at Mustafar. He wanted Anakin to be in a constant state of pain and fear to strengthen his connection to the Dark Side. The LIght in the Destiny Universe also follows rules. In order to wield the power fo a Guardian, one must have a connection to the Traveler via a Ghost. To use it's power one must focus one's will...and that will brings about the desired result.

What makes you think the Force is causal? It's capable of some VERY interesting things that defy logic. Visions of the future, the past, all sorts of things. Think about it. Any of the abilities we use are causal in activation, but the effects are paracausal. The grenades and such don't just ignore gravity, so they can be affected by the force. Same as essentially any of our supers, save maybe two. Though, the two are too fundamentally different to really be compared like that.
