I have focused tier 3 armor and done the astral public event etc. Yet all the armor that's dropping is below 60's stats well it hasn't even reached that yet. Is there an issue as to why is dropping so low? Or am I focusing the wrong way or what's happening because it really is hurting and getting really frustrating playing a game that blocks the loot system?
