I noticed this last season, but it's still a problem: the ether supply public event in Watcher's Grave is broken and won't allow heroic (sometimes). This time, the Failsafe & Ghost's opening dialog repeated before the servitor showed. Once it did, one smaller servitor spawned. Then the big servitor never dropped its shield and no more small servitors ever spawned. I have done this event on heroic recently, but this is something I've noticed multiple times in Watcher's Grave and a couple times in the EDZ.
