Hi there. Surveys are sent out to a random assortment of people and not to all players. Please go to your [b]Settings[/b] page on Bungie.net and click on [b]Email and SMS[/b]. Verify that your email is entered correctly and you have the boxes for the types of communications you want to receive checked. If you're aware of an announcement that went out to all players but don't see it, double-check your Spam/Junk folder. You can also add [b]bungie@info.bungie.net[/b] to your contacts to prevent such emails from being considered spam. Note that some email hosts have issues receiving emails from Bungie and you may need to use a different email. Accounts like Gmail and Yahoo should work.

  • Ok thats good to know. I know recently (last week I think) Bungie sent out a "Trials of Osiris" lifetime record to people, and I never got it, although my friends did. Was this only sent out to some people? I have my email and everything setup through the Email page in settings and still never got anything.

  • I'm not sure if that went out to everyone. I think if you've played Trials ever in D2, or maybe it was only if after a certain DLC, you should have gotten the email. But like I said, it could be that it went to a Spam folder or there's an issue with your email host.

  • would switching my email to a backup one affect my in game account at all? I have a backup I can use if needed. I've been looking at my email history and haven't received one from Bungie since 2018.

  • Nope. The email in your Bungie.net settings is used for verifying your profile with the Bungie Store and for receiving various Bungie communications. You can change it at any time without affecting anything in the game.

  • So basically there's no one that can help resolve this issue and people are just stuck not getting emails? I've changed email, I've verified, checked all folders and have never received any special emails everyone else gets. Bungie needs to fix the issue of having zero support and relying on forums that can't help people with problems.

  • I appreciate your attempts at trying to help, but I use bungie help and all that, so unfortunately if you're only getting your info from there, it's not going to be helpful. Thanks for trying though, and i accept that until bungie has actual support, I'm not getting help. Again, thanks.
