Support Team?? 3 weeks with error on purchase DLC
I want to play previous seasons , I paid for it but DLC is not been recognized , see attached pictures.
I dont know if here is correct place , unable to find support .

1 ReplyIt looks like you purchased Beyond Light + 1 Season, which would give you access to the beyond light dlc and one season pass of content. Beyond light contains the beyond light campaign, access to stasis, and some other things while seasonal content is bound to the season pass. Unless you have the pass for a previous season, you can't access its content beyond an intro to it.

2 RepliesYou only bought the edition that comes with 1 season (which is the current season based on date provided). If you want to access past season content (hawkmoon mission, dead man tale mission, battlegrounds or override, etc) then your edition doesn’t include those. For those, you need to buy the deluxe edition.

If you already have access to the Beyond Light DLC or the Beyond Light + 1 Season bundle, then you should be fine to purchase this upgrade.
