There are so many Handcannons available by weapon category with so many options it allows anyone to create a viable build and play to their strengths. Handcannons are capable of being fired rapidly without any discernible penalty to accuracy or target reacquisition between trigger pulls as a result of a recoil pattern that is not commensurate with shot power. They should recoil and jump around like a sniper rifle without a stock. Being able to rapid fire them should be a ‘spray-and-pray’ scenario. Just my opinion.
