Bungie Reward issue

I've guided 10 players to their First VoG completition, then I've been looking for the emblem reward but It says that I've not done the requirement, how can i get It?

A clanmate of mine and I have the same issue, we've sherpa'd more than 10 people through VOG yet we can't claim the Share a Glass emblem.
